Experience
Ms. Rabenn is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on representing clients in complex commercial disputes, with emphasis in business litigation. Ms. Rabenn has experience in handling all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including deposition and discovery, motions practice and trial preparation. She has experience representing clients in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. Prior to joining McCormick Barstow, Ms. Rabenn practiced at an international law firm in Washington D.C. where she practiced in the areas of white-collar criminal defense, regulatory investigations and complex civil litigation with a particular emphasis on securities law, focusing on the financial services sector.

Ms. Rabenn is a member of the State Bar of California, the District of Columbia and Florida. Ms. Rabenn is admitted to practice law before all California state courts and the Eastern District of California.
Community Involvement
Ms. Rabenn was nominated to the State Public Affairs Committee for the Junior League of Fresno. Ms. Rabenn is also a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association.
