Mr. Todd received his B.S. in Behavioral Sciences from Utah Valley University where he served as Features Editor for the College Times newspaper and academic senator for College of Engineering and Technology.  He received his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law where he placed top 20% of his class. While at Rutgers, he was a member of the Journal of Law and Urban Policy, and participated in moot court where he was named Best Oralist.


Mr. Todd is admitted to practice law before all Nevada State Courts, the United States Federal District Court for the District of Nevada, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. 

Mr. Todd’s professional liability experience centers on representing doctors, accountants, design professionals, appraisers, mortgage brokers and attorneys in malpractice and breach of care actions. He also has special experience in representing professionals before governmental administrative panels. Mr. Todd is particularly experienced in representing accountants, medical professionals and legal professionals before all courts and administrative agencies throughout the state of Nevada.

His employment experience focuses on representing clients in Title VII discrimination actions. He has successfully represented hospitals, private schools, architecture firms, restaurants and other businesses in various employment-based discrimination claims before state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies.  Mr. Todd also provides counseling and training to employers on compliance issues, conducts workplace investigations and represents employers at administrative hearings. His practice also includes advising clients on day-to-day issues to avoid potential litigation, such as hiring, terminations, compensation, disability and leave issues as well as drafting policies and employee handbooks. 

He is fluent in Portuguese.

Honors and Awards

Mr. Todd was named by the American Society of Legal Advocates as one of the top 40 litigation lawyers under 40 in Nevada.

Community Involvement

Mr. Todd is heavily involved in professional and amateur bicycle racing. He is a contributing writer for Pez Cycling News and guest contributor for other professional cycling news media. His analysis and insight into professional cycling on topics ranging from sponsorship and geopolitical concerns to doping protocols and suspensions by national and international governing bodies have garnered particular attention. He is a retired amateur bike racer.
