Experience

Mr. Johnson joined McCormick Barstow’s Litigation Practice Group in 2013.  Prior to, he was a Summer Associate with the firm in 2012.  While in law school, Mr. Johnson worked as a bar certified law clerk for the Yolo County Public Defender’s Office.  During his time with the Public Defender’s Office, Mr. Johnson made appearances in misdemeanor court and actively assisted attorneys with felony jury trials.


Mr. Johnson is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California.

Practice

Concentrating in Civil Litigation with an emphasis in Commercial Litigation, Probate, and Employment Law.

Professional Associations

Mr. Johnson is a member of the State Bar of California and the Stanislaus County Bar Association.

Community Involvement

Mr. Johnson is a member of the Wray Ladine American Inn of Court and Del Rio Country Club. He also volunteers as an attorney coach for Fred C. Beyer High School's Mock Trial team.
