Mr. Daru joined the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation Practice Group at McCormick Barstow LLP in 2017. Prior to that, he was a Summer Associate at McCormick Barstow in 2016. Before joining the firm, Mr. Daru clerked at a commercial litigation law firm in Philadelphia and worked in the Appellate Division of the Federal Litigation Unit of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. He also served as a Teaching Assistant in Legal Ethics and Constitutional Law at the Wharton School of Business under Professor Amy Sepinwall. 

Mr. Daru is admitted to practice before all California State Courts.
