Ms. Denno began her legal practice with McCormick Barstow in 2003.  Ms. Denno has represented both insurers and insureds and has handled a wide array of insurance related litigation, including appraisals, declaratory relief actions, and extra contractual bad faith suits.  Ms. Denno has developed a specialty in insurance fraud, both first and third party, including conducting examinations under oath and drafting coverage opinions addressing issues related to arson, burglary, vehicle accidents, theft, and bodily injury fraud.   Ms. Denno has also handled many types of litigation defense, including auto negligence, premises liability, trade secret misappropriation and other general litigation.  Ms. Denno is admitted to practice law before all California State Courts and U.S. District Courts of California, and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.

Ms. Denno is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated with Martindale-Hubbell. She was selected for inclusion in the 2017 and 2018 Northern California Super Lawyers for her primary practice areas of Insurance and Personal Injury-Defense, and was previously included in the Northern California Rising Star list in 2013. From 2015-2018, Ms. Denno has been honored by the American Society of Legal Advocates as one of California’s Top 40 Lawyers under 40. Ms. Denno also has a ‘Superb’ rating on Avvo.


Concentrating in Insurance Coverage Litigation and General Insurance Defense with a focus in First Party Property Insurance Claims, Fraud, and Extra Contractual/Bad Faith Litigation.

Ms. Denno is a member of the State Bar of California, Fresno County Bar Association, and Fresno County Women Lawyers Association. Ms. Denno is also a member of Western States Auto Theft Investigtors Association, Central Valley Chapter, the Northern California Fraud Investigators Association, and the California Conference of Arson Investigators.

Community Involvement

Ms. Denno is the leader of Girl Scout Troop 3044 in the Girl Scouts of Central California South Council.
