Experience

Ms. Julian joined the Modesto Practice Group of McCormick Barstow in 2009.  Prior to joining McCormick Barstow, she was a shareholder at Damrell, Nelson, Schrimp, Pallios, Pacher & Silva firm in Modesto where she practiced for seven years in the areas of complex business litigation, general civil litigation, eminent domain/condemnation, and personal injury.  


Ms. Julian is certified by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Family Law. She is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, all U.S. District Courts in California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Honors and Awards

Ms. Julian was selected for inclusion in the 2009 Northern California Rising Stars list for her primary area of practice in Business Litigation and the Northern California Rising Stars list (2010-2016) for her primary area of practice in Family Law.

Practice

Concentrating in Family Law with an emphasis in Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Visitation Rights, Paternity, Premarital Agreements, Spousal Support, Domestic Violence, Post-Marital Agreement, Post Divorce Modification, Community Property Law, Guardianships, and Appeals.  Also Concentrating in Business and Commercial Litigation with an emphasis on Complex Litigation, Condemnation, Corporate and Business Dissolutions, Contracts, Fraud, Business Torts, and Probate Litigation.

Professional Associations

Ms. Julian is a member of the State Bar of California and the Stanislaus County Bar Association.  In 2011, she served as Treasurer for the Stanislaus County Bar Association, Family Law Section.  Ms. Julian is also a member of the Wray Ladine American Inns of Court.

Community Involvement

Ms. Julian is a member of the Turlock Chamber of Commerce, the Assyrian American Civic Club of Turlock, and Saint Thomas Catholic Church.  Ms. Julian is the Chairperson of the Constitution and By-Laws Committee for the Assyrian American National Federation.  Ms. Julian also volunteers with “Light from the East,” a local humanitarian relief organization helping victims of the war, and provides pro-bono work for the Assyrian American Civic Club of Turlock as well as the Assyrian American National Federation.
