Experience
After graduating from the University of California, Davis, School of Law, in 1987, Kenneth A. Baldwin joined McCormick Barstow as an associate. Mr. Baldwin became a partner with the firm in 1993. Mr. Baldwin represents clients in all types of business, corporate and real estate matters. He acts as counsel for banks, corporations, general and limited partnerships, and family operated farming and ranching businesses. Mr. Baldwin has represented both borrowers and lending institutions in connection with major financing transactions. He has also represented banks in connection with mergers and acquisitions and has assisted investors in the formation of community banks.
Mr. Baldwin is admitted to practice law before all California State Courts, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Central Districts of California, and the U.S. Tax Court.

Mr. Baldwin is a past Chair of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section of the Fresno County Bar Association (Chair in 2000, and Co-Vice-Chair in 1998 and 1999).
Community Involvement
Mr. Baldwin served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity, Inc. in (2001-2002).
