Mr. Oller has been with McCormick Barstow since 1990. He has tried cases involving issues of discrimination, crop loss, general negligence, retaliation, and wrongful termination. His representation of professionals has included attorneys, insurance agents, hospitals, and physicians. Mr. Oller has handled a multitude of different employment matters, including the defense of class actions. He represents clients in State and Federal Court and at administrative hearings. He assists employers in the investigation of potential employment claims and provides training on employment related issues. Mr. Oller serves as a Judge Pro Tempore and mediator for the Fresno County Superior Court. He also serves as an arbitrator for the Fresno County Attorney Fee Arbitration Program. He has handled numerous appeals in both State and Federal Court. Mr. Oller is admitted to practice law before all California State Courts, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California, and U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Concentrating in Civil Litigation with emphasis in the Defense of Professional Liability and Employment matters.
Mr. Oller is a member of the State Bar of California (Labor and Employment Law Section), California Society for Healthcare Risk Management, Northern California Association of Defense Counsel, and San Joaquin Valley Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL). Mr. Oller currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Fresno County Bar Association.
Mr. Oller currently serves on the board for Catholic Charities. He served on the Board of Directors for Break the Barriers from 2001-2012, and served as President from 2007-2009. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Fresno. He has previously served on the Advisory Board for Nancy Hinds Hospice (2000-2001) and Valley Public Radio (1999-2002).
