Mr. Fletcher has extensive experience in litigating complex family law matters, focusing his practice in this area on representing high-net-worth individuals in property division and valuation, characterization of property, tracing and support issues.
Mr. Fletcher is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California.

Concentrating in Civil Litigation, with an emphasis on Civil Rights Defense, Corrections Defense and Government Liability. Mr. Fletcher has extensive experience in Business Litigation, including defending builders and subcontractors in Construction Defect Litigation. Mr. Fletcher has also developed a specialty in Family Law matters, including Child Custody, Child and Spousal Support, Visitation Rights, Paternity, Premarital Agreements, and Community Property issues.
Mr. Fletcher is a member of the State Bar of California, Fresno County Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the Fresno County Bar Association.
