Ryan Marshall
Mr. Marshall joined McCormick Barstow in January 2012. Prior to, he was working for one of the largest Workers’ Compensation Defense firms in the state. Mr. Marshall also gained experience in the areas of personal injury and elder abuse while working as a law clerk in San Diego.
Mr. Marshall is admitted in California and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Mr. Marshall has built a solid foundation in civil litigation defense of actions involving medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury and premises liability. His practice also focuses on commercial litigation (both prosecuting and defending) cases involving breach of contract, as well as disputes over land use.
Mr. Marshall is a member of the State Bar of California, the Fresno County Bar Association, and the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association.
