Ms. Cerro joined the Fresno office of McCormick Barstow in 2019. She previously practiced civil litigation at a Century City law firm and intellectual property at a small company. Ms. Cerro has broad experience drafting pleadings, motions, and briefings for state and federal courts, and is known for working closely with clients in developing strategies for discovery productions and depositions. In addition to her litigation experience, Ms. Cerro is also well versed in mediation and settlement negotiations. Her practice continues to focus on public and private clients employment disputes and contractual breaches.

While in law school, Ms. Cerro externed for the Honorable Peter Carroll, at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and externed for the Naval Surface Warfare Center.

Ms. Cerro is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Eastern District of California.
