At McCormick Barstow, we recognize the value of our support staff. All support staff positions are paid a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Paralegals and support staff are eligible to participate in the firms benefit packages, including medical, dental and vision insurance, and may participate in the Firm 401(k) retirement plan after completion of their first year with the firm.

Our Firm has a diverse staff which includes both long-term employees and those just embarking upon their careers. In many cases, staff members have more than ten years of Service. We believe this is a reflection of our firm’s culture and our many rewards for longevity. We are very selective in our hiring because we are looking for employees who are willing to work hard, be recognized for their contributions to the team and become involved in the many activities which support the firm’s culture. The firm employs state-of-the-art computer technology, uses current programs and applications and offers exceptional in-house training to staff and attorneys on the many legal industry standard software applications we use.
