Prior to joining McCormick Barstow, Ms. Duong served as a judicial intern at the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida in West Palm Beach, Florida. She went on to represent and advise the State of Florida in business and insurance regulatory matters including drafting bills for statutory enactment, administrative rulemaking and prosecution and enforcement of fraud and unfair competition violations by businesses, entities, and professionals. Ms. Duong also advises clients on general business planning, contract negotiation and drafting, and regulatory compliance. Ms. Duong is admitted to practice before all state courts of California and Florida.
