Mr. Hall’s practice focuses on Complex Civil Litigation, including the areas of estate and trust disputes, eminent domain proceedings, land use/California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), agriculture/crop loss, unfair competition, securities fraud, California Public Records Act, partnership disputes, and contract disputes. He has represented clients at the administrative, trial and appellate court levels. He also has experience in both traditional and administrative mandamus proceedings.
