Ms. Varni joined the Modesto Practice Group of McCormick Barstow in 2018.  Prior to that, Ms. Varni was a Summer Associate at McCormick Barstow in 2017.

Ms. Varni has experience in a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal courts.  Ms. Varni has assisted clients through all phases of litigation and at trial. Ms. Varni has successfully defended public entities in cases involving theories of negligence, intentional torts, sexual harassment, discrimination, premises liability, and other general torts. She also represented high-net worth individuals and companies in contentious and complex disputes.

Ms. Varni is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
