Ms. Ebert joined McCormick Barstow’s Las Vegas office in 2024. She concentrates in Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation.
Amanda A. Ebert
After graduating from law school, Ms. Ebert completed a three year clerkship with the Honorable Chief Judge Jennifer Togliatti, and assisted the Judge with the busiest mixed civil/criminal calendar in the state at the time. Following the end of her clerkship in 2016, Ms. Ebert began practicing in the area of insurance defense, general liability defense, and appeals, and has continued to work in this field since that time. Ms. Ebert has handled everything from catastrophic injury cases and mass torts to commercial litigation, construction defect, and HOA super-priority lien litigation. Ms. Ebert has handled several jury trials and bench trials to verdict, and has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Ebert practices several areas of insurance defense, including general liability, personal injury defense, premises liability defense, and also handles coverage and bad faith matters. Ms. Ebert is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Nevada, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, as well as before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Ebert is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and Clark County Bar Association, as well as the CAP Attorney Pro Bono Program.
