Mr. Jinkerson joined McCormick Barstow’s Fresno office in 2019. He concentrates in Insurance Coverage, Litigation and Bankruptcy Law.
Mr. Jinkerson has significant experience representing insurers in a broad range of insurance coverage and surety matters. He also has extensive experience in commercial litigation in state and federal courts as well as bankruptcy courts. Prior to joining McCormick Barstow, Mr. Jinkerson practiced at a law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area focused on insurance coverage. He also completed a two-year judicial clerkship on the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California, and served for two years as an attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Mr. Jinkerson is admitted to practice in California and has been certified as a Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy Law by the State Bar of California’s Board of Legal Specialization.
