Mr. Leatham worked in the office of General Counsel for the University of Oregon in his final year of law school. After graduating law school, he clerked for the Honorable René Lastreto II in the Fresno Division of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California, after which he entered private practice.
