Mr. Van Leuven joined the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice Group of McCormick Barstow in 2015. He primarily represents insurers and risk financing entities in regards to insurance coverage and litigation.

Mr. Van Leuven joined the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice Group of McCormick Barstow in 2015. He primarily represents insurers and risk financing entities in regards to insurance coverage and litigation.
Mr. Van Leuven concentrates on analysis and interpretation of insurance policies and risk sharing agreements with regard to coverage for first and third-party claims. He has experience litigating insurance coverage issues involving various types of insurance policies, including GL, E&O, and Cyber policies. Graham also litigated an appellate issue of first impression establishing protections for online privacy rights in California.
Mr. Van Leuven is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
