Ms. Wahid-Dail’s family law, immigration and social security disability practice involves multi-county and multi-jurisdiction representation of clients in both state and federal court. Her family law practice includes child custody issues and mediation, dissolution, and child and spousal support issues. Her immigration practice includes family based immigration issues, waivers, religious worker visas, non-immigrant visas, student visas, removal defense, asylum, and relief for victims of crime and trafficking. In the area of Social Security Disability, Ms. Wahid-Dail’s practice includes representation in Title II and Title XVI claims under the Social Security Act, overpayment issues, cessation of benefits, and reinstatement of benefits.
Ms. Wahid-Dail is a member of the Stanislaus County Bar Association, Stanislaus County Bar Association, Family Law Section, American Immigration Lawyers Association and Wray Ladine American Inns of Court.
Ms. Wahid-Dail is fluent in Punjabi.
Ms. Wahid-Dail served as President of Turlock Nursery School. She is a member of the Turlock Sikh Temple, and is a Valley Children’s Hospital Liaison for Congenital Heart Awareness.
