Mr. Perez joined McCormick Barstow’s Modesto office in 2023. He concentrates in Family Law, Immigration Law and Social Security Disability.
Prior to joining McCormick Barstow, Mr. Perez worked for one year as a Certified Law Student with the Homeless Advocacy Clinic at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Mr. Perez provided his clients experiencing homelessness holistic legal representation assisting them with a variety of matters such as Social Security disability benefits, traffic court, criminal record remedies and housing.
