Mr. Howard’s practice draws on substantial experience in commercial real estate development, management, sales and leasing, and mergers and acquisitions, secured transactions, corporate and business governance, and general business and corporate matters, including in the area of healthcare law.  Based on his work in estate planning and advocacy in both routine and contested estate and trust administrations, Mr. Howard is also able to provide insights on challenges arising from business succession issues.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Howard gained significant firsthand business experience while serving as an executive for a multinational transportation company, focusing on airport markets.

Mr. Howard is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California, and before all state and federal courts in the State of Indiana.
