Ms. Herold advises individuals, families, and businesses on trusts, wills, charitable planning, and succession planning as well as tax planning and agribusiness issues.

Ms. Herold is a member of the State Bar of California and the Fresno County Bar Association. She is also a member and past Chair of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section of the Fresno County Bar Association. Ms. Herold is a member of the Fresno Estate Planning Council and serves on their Board of Directors.

Ms. Herold is an active member of the San Joaquin Valley Chapter of Leave a Legacy, a division of the National Partnership for Philanthropic Planning. She is also a member of the Clovis Chapter of Soroptomists International.
Ms. Herold has lectured extensively on estate planning and administration topics to attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, financial planners, fundraising professionals, and various local organizations and associations. She has been an adjunct professor in the paralegal degree programs at Fresno City College and San Joaquin College of Law.
