Mr. Ivy joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group in 2015. He has represented clients in significant litigation matters in both federal and state trial courts throughout California, and has argued appeals before the California Supreme Court, the California Courts of Appeal, and the United States Court of Appeal for the 9th Circuit. In addition, Mr. Ivy has been selected for inclusion in the Northern California Super Lawyers list every year since 2012.
Prior to joining McCormick Barstow, Mr. Ivy was a partner at Lang, Richert & Patch. Before practicing in the Central Valley, Mr. Ivy was a partner in the Litigation Department of a Los Angeles based law firm where he represented individuals and businesses in commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Ivy is admitted in California, the United States District Courts for the North, South, Eastern and Central Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Mr. Ivy is a member of the State Bar of California, the Fresno County Bar Association, and the San Joaquin Valley Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
