The Board of Governors of the California State Bar appointed McCormick Barstow attorney Tim Sullivan to a three-year term as a member of the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section. Tim is the only member from the San Joaquin Valley.

The Litigation Section is led by a fifteen-member Executive Committee comprised of attorneys from across the state, assisted by distinguished advisors including prominent attorney practitioners and state and federal judges. With approximately 10,000 members from the bench and bar, the Litigation Section is the largest section of the State Bar of California.
